- Do you know how to show your home to its best advantage without
becoming defensive about negative comments?
- Are you sufficiently skilled to negotiate the best possible
price with buyers?
- Are you adequately familiar with the pros and cons of different
types of financing and are you in a position to assist the buyer
with obtaining such finance?
- Are you able to explain the legal contract to the buyer, respond
to objections, come to an agreement on price, terms, date of possession
as well as to draft contract amendments?
- Rigid legislation applies to the erection of signboards in
your area, are you aware of it and the applicable fines?
