After completing my Bcom degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Project management I formed part of a family business and will be the second generation to take Realtors International (Manja Kritzinger Properties) to new heights! Following into my mother, Manja Kritzinger footsteps I hope to keep on building to the firm’s fundamental principles that has made it so successfully over 25 years.  
I’m a true believer in hard work!

Born in Windhoek, Namibia and raised with a German background, I learned the value

I grew up in Bellville and Durbanville where I completed my schooling and Higher Education. After working in the Finance Industry for several years, I settled in Vierlanden, Durbanville, an area which I love, to raise my family.

I have recently made the important decision to re-join the dynamic team of Realtors International - Manja Kritzinger

I joined Manja's team in 2007 after one of her Agents assisted my family in selling our property and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, dedication and hard work that I had to be a part of the team. In 2010 I took some personal family time and after 3 years I am ready to build on my previous success.

Previously I traded as Greenlands Properties, but in keeping with the property trend got together with other experts in the industry to form Realtors International. Realtors International is a coalition of well-established local estate agencies mainly in the Western Cape and Cape Town area. My BSc degree, which I obtained from North West University has developed a culture of persistence and has greatly assisted me in setting and achieving my goals.  The experience of studying has broadened my horizons extensively and has instilled in me qualities which I use to my benefit in everyday life.
